We begin by measuring the exact door size and guiding you through the selection of premium type of wood (red oak, white oak, mahogany, poplar) and finalize your dream custom design with our experts and Detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings of your dream door design is created for precision and approval.
Step 2: Wood Preparation (3-4 Days)
The selected wood is cut to the right size and carefully dried to remove excess moisture. This step helps prevent warping, cracking, or shrinking over time. The wood is then treated to improve its strength and protect it from humidity, temperature changes, and daily wear, creating a solid base for your custom door.
Step 3: Crafting, Assembly & Sanding (6-8 Days)
